These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SnapToy app (the “App”), provided by Bitter, LLC (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
Playing existing places is free. Creating your own places requires an auto-renewing subscription (Weekly or Monthly, at the prices shown in the App). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in the App Store account settings on your device. Prices may vary by region and are shown before purchase.
You keep ownership of the photos you provide. You grant us a limited license to process those photos solely to provide the App’s features (generating cartoon artwork), as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not photograph other people without their permission, and do not submit unlawful or infringing content.
You agree not to misuse the App or our services, including attempting to bypass security or usage limits, reverse-engineer the App except as permitted by law, or use the App to create unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Generated artwork may not meet your expectations. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These Terms are between you and Bitter, LLC only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Maintenance, support, and any product warranty are our responsibility, not Apple’s. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted -parties list, and you will comply with applicable third-party terms (such as your wireless carrier’s) when using the App.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
